Get Reiki Certified

Reiki Level One is a one day class that will take you through how to connect your emotional, physical and spiritual healing by becoming attuned to your Life Force Energy. In this class, you will learn: 

• the history and meaning of Usui and Holy Fire Reiki

• why Self healing is the important first step

• how Reiki works

• hand positions for Self treatment

• how to conduct a Reiki session

• the Reiki Precepts

• the attunement process

• Reiki vs Distant Reiki (how they are both used)

• Code of Ethics and standards of practice

and more!

We will also dedicate time during this class for Self Healing practice. Once you are ignited to the energies, you will receive your Reiki One Certificate.
